About the Role:
This role is based at the POS Services hub at the front of our store. Your main responsibilities include:
- Processing customers sales through POS in a friendly and efficient manner
- Greeting, engaging and enabling customers entering the store to identify their needs and support their shopping experience
- Handling customer enquiries in regards to returns, exchanges and warranties
- Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
- Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper.
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
- Supporting in different departments across the store
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products
- Experience with face to face customer service
- Knowledge of POS systems and money handling
- Confidence in managing customer returns and warranty enquiries
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
