Project Sales Consultant – South Brisbane
Salary: Open to discussion – primarily commission-based, with flexibility on structure (base + commission negotiable)

About the Role
Join a bold, design-led residential development in South Brisbane. As Project Sales Consultant, you’ll guide buyers through a rewarding, service-first experience while helping to shape a thriving new community.
Your Role
- Respond to buyer enquiries with professionalism and care
- Guide local and interstate buyers, including first home buyers and seasoned investors, from enquiry to contract
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records
- Support a polished, welcoming sales suite environment
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Weekend availability with some flexibility
- Local knowledge or ties to South Brisbane are a plus
- Experience in off-the-plan residential sales or luxury customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage but not essential
