Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships within our established clientele base
- Cultivating and strengthening partnerships with existing referral partners
- Expanding the network by establishing connections with new referral partners
- Establishing rapport with agents to explore exclusive off-market opportunities
- Identifying and assessing properties that align with client criteria
- Conducting property inspections to ensure suitability for purchase
- Skillfully negotiating property acquisitions, including active participation in auctions
- Hold a valid real estate license with a minimum of two years’ industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of the property market and experience representing buyers
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment
- Willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
