Account Manager – Electrical & HV Solutions | Strategic Client-Facing Role | Brisbane-Based

Engineering Trades Australia is recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering electrical and infrastructure solutions across Queensland and the East Coast. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a driven Account Manager to manage key relationships, support major project delivery, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Our client is a respected name in the electrical contracting space, servicing Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and utilities. With a strong delivery team and growing client base, this is a great opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to step into a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts across infrastructure, utilities, and electrical sectors
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to tenders, and manage pricing strategies
• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure project and service excellence
• Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
• Track and report on sales performance, customer insights, and pipeline activity

About You:

• Proven experience in an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior BDM role within electrical, infrastructure, or industrial contracting
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Commercially savvy with experience in contract negotiations and strategic sales
• Understanding of the QLD infrastructure, construction, and/or utilities market
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
