Site Manager - Two-Storey Commercial Builds (Annerley & Tingalpa) $160k-$200k Package | Supervisors Licence OK | Two Ongoing Projects ️ Projects Under $10M | Immediate Start Available

We're currently seeking experienced Site Managers for a reputable commercial builder delivering two new-build projects (both under $10M) in Annerley and Tingalpa.

With multiple jobs running concurrently, we're looking to bring on two strong Site Managers who can take full site responsibility and drive delivery.

• Manage the full lifecycle of a 2-storey new build commercial site.
• Sites located in Annerley and Tingalpa - pick your preferred location.
• $160,000 to $200,000 total package, depending on experience.
• Projects are under $10 million, well-resourced with office and site support.
• Long-term career opportunity with a growing builder.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a Site Manager on low-rise commercial builds.
• Capable of managing daily site operations, subcontractors, safety, and scheduling.
• Supervisors Licence is sufficient (no need for full Builder's Licence).
• Strong communicator who can work autonomously and maintain quality standards.
