Job Contracts Administrator, Brisbane

Our trusted and well-established Head Contractor with a diverse range of expertise in sectors including Government, Industrial and Tourism is looking for a driven Contracts Administrator to join in the delivery of projects within Brisbane and surrounding areas.

This is a mentorship opportunity where you will be able to use your Tertiary Qualifications and progress along the Project Management pathway.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administration duties – filing, documentation control
• Assist with budget proposal submission
• Assist with writing scope of works
• Acquiring supplier and trade quotes
• Write and issue sub-contracts, RFI's, PO’s and variations
• Assist with Progress Claims
• Supporting the Project Team
• Assist with sub-contractor and consultant liaison

Requirements:

• 2+ years Contracts Administration experience on Commercial projects in QLD
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Well-connected with local trades
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to expand further on your construction knowledge
• Must be Brisbane based
