Job Lead Electrical Engineer, Brisbane

THE ROLE
Based in the Brisbane office, the Lead Electrical Engineer is crucial to the delivery of project packages and the development and performance of the Discipline Services team. You will ensure the technical integrity of project deliverables and activities of this team, whilst also providing technical support and supervision. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Ensure the technical integrity of the deliverables
• Lead and manage the discipline team and discipline scope for projects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop electrical project opportunities and delivery of electrical project packages
• Execution of EI&C engineering works and project management

ABOUT YOU
Our client is looking for someone who has extensive technical, practical and leadership experience in Mining and/or Mineral Sands industries. You will value quality results, integrity, with a can-do approach. The following skills and attributes are also essential:

• Hold an Electrical Engineering Degree
• Hold RPEQ / CPEng / IEA / TUV Machine Safety Certification
• Exposure to Project Management fundamentals
• Proven experience in leading and supervising teams
• Be willing and able to undertake travel as and when required by the role
