Regional Manager NAPA (Automotive Trade)

About the role
As a Regional Manager, youll take charge of a portfolio of NAPA stores across a defined region. Your remit is wide-reaching and commercially significant from cultural leadership and team development through to customer engagement, financial performance and operational excellence.
But this is more than just operational oversight. Its a true leadership role, where your greatest impact will come through others. Your core mission is to develop your Branch Managers into confident, capable Business Managers leaders who understand their numbers, drive customer value, and own the success of their sites.
This is a hands-on, on-the-road role. Youll spend most of your time in the field with your people and your customers not behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high-performing, safe and inclusive teams across your store network
- Develop and uplift Branch Managers into business-minded, commercially accountable leaders
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure local stores deliver on strategic goals
- Drive sales growth, margin performance, and EBIT results
- Ensure WHS compliance and consistent cultural and operational standards
- Collaborate with trade sales, marketing, and support teams to align execution
- Own store-level P&L results and operational KPIs
Who were looking for
Youre a proven leader with multi-site experience leading a large branch network. You bring commercial discipline, a sharp eye for talent, and a deep belief that great performance starts with great leadership. Your ability to coach, challenge and develop your team sets you apart. Youre ready to create a step-change in performance by transforming branch leaders into true business owners.
Youll likely have:
- Significant multi-site leadership experience (e.g. Area/Regional Manager or State Leader)
- Strong commercial acumen and history of P&L ownership
- A track record of lifting capability, performance and accountability in frontline leaders
- A customer-first mindset with experience across both retail and trade environments
- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style
- Automotive industry exposure is a plus, but not essential
