Our client is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our client's Brisbane team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned manufacturer and distributor of heavy machinery and forklifts, supporting customers with parts and technical solutions across Australia.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring spare parts requirements are met efficiently and professionally – exceeding customer expectations while supporting internal workshop and field service teams.

- Coordinating parts for workshop, field service jobs, and preps
- Compiling customer quotes and managing internal and external orders
- Handling stock control, replenishments, and inventory documentation
- Operating the parts computer system (ERP) and maintaining data accuracy
- Managing inter-branch transfers and local purchase orders
- Organising couriers, deliveries, PPE, and parts-related admin
- Supporting the team in compliance with OHSE, environmental, and quality standards
You’re a proactive and organised team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll bring:
- Solid experience in a spare parts, warehouse, or service coordination role
- Strong mechanical aptitude or parts interpretation experience
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Confidence using computer systems and ERP software
- A current driver’s licence (forklift licence desirable)
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
