As a Surveyor, you'll be joining a well-respected consultancy delivering cadastral and land development surveys across South East Queensland. You'll work across a range of residential, commercial, and subdivision projects - taking ownership of your work and producing accurate, compliant data to support development outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of solid cadastral experience who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility in a supportive team.
About the Role
- Conduct cadastral, identification, detail/contour, set-out, and construction surveys
- Work across residential, commercial, and subdivision projects
- Deliver accurate survey data to support development applications, titling, and construction
- Manage your own workload and be confident working independently in the field
- Liaise with planners, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Base Salary of up to $110k - $120k + Super (based on experience)
- Permanent, full-time position based in East Brisbane

- Minimum 3 years of cadastral surveying experience (required)
- Must be experienced in identification surveys, detail surveys, construction set-out, and subdivisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple active projects
- Strong understanding of QLD surveying standards and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Full "C" class driver's licence
