StaffCo has partnered with a multiple companies that have immediate starts available for forklift operators for ongoing roles.
About the role:
These roles will include both forklift operation and storeperson/yards person duties.
These roles are ongoing 5 days per week commencing immediately with an opportunity for permanent work.
Both day and afternoon shifts available and work locations both North and South side of Brisbane.
To be successful for the role you will require the below:
- Minimum 2 years high reach experience
- Current forklift license
- Warehouse or Yardsperson Experience - Advantageous
- Strong attention to detail – must be able to pick with accuracy and maintain a KPI
- Own reliable transport
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Safety conscious as you will be operating equipment around pedestrians
- Must have own PPE and steel capped boots.
- Must be able to show initiative and have a good attitude
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg repetitively
- Full time Hours – 38 hours per week 5 shifts per week
- Base pay rates from $32 up to $42 – plus penalties
- Overtime available
- Opportunity for permanent work
