CBRE is offering a rare opportunity to work on a newly completed premium commercial building in Brisbane's CBD. You'll play a key role in ensuring the building delivers an outstanding experience for tenants from day one, backed by a high-performing team and a globally recognised brand.
Your Role
As Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll be embedded in the early operations phase of a state-of-the-art commercial property. Supporting the Facilities Manager, your work will be hands-on and people-facing-balancing building functionality with an exceptional standard of service delivery.
You'll be involved in:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of all building operations and services
- Being a key contact for tenants, resolving issues and supporting smooth onboarding
- Helping monitor building systems and environmental performance
- Liaising with contractors to maintain quality, safety, and responsiveness
- Championing service excellence and contributing to continuous improvement
Who You Are
You may already have experience in facilities coordination, building operations or asset services-or you could be coming from a hospitality or customer-focused background, ready to make the shift into commercial property.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in facilities or property-related services (ideal, but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional communication style
- A proactive, can-do mindset and genuine interest in commercial buildings
- An ability to multitask, stay organised and adapt to evolving site needs
- A desire to learn and grow within a high-performance team
