What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing campaign-ready creative that’s bold, on-brand, and built to perform
- Creating visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and web — tailored to each channel’s vibe
- Turning complex ideas into clean, digestible infographics and long-form visuals
- Producing print-ready assets for events, including signage and branded structures
- Crafting internal and external slide decks that look sharp and tell a story
- Supporting sales enablement with visually engaging training materials
- Building a cohesive organic content strategy that integrates product and brand narratives
- Adapting partner content to match brand tone and visual identity
- Retouching photography to maintain consistency and elevate brand feel
- Driving innovation in social content formats and platform strategy
- Staying ahead of design trends and best practices in visual communication
- Collaborating with marketing to execute broader digital strategies
- Organising and expanding a library of localised content within a DAM platform
What You Bring
- Proficiency across design and marketing tools — think Canva, Adobe Suite, Affinity, HubSpot, WordPress, Monday.com
- Strong design chops across static, animated, and video formats
- A clear understanding of what works on digital — and why
- Copywriting skills that complement your visuals with clever, concise captions
- A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries
- Curiosity, drive, and a hunger to learn from a team of seasoned marketers and creatives
- A pulse on social trends, emerging formats, and fresh storytelling techniques
