Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System
• Coordinating training sessions, creating resources and maintaining communications with internal departments
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level hires
• Supporting the boarder team with pre-employment checks and candidate onboarding
• Thinking creatively to build talent pipelines
• Helping to support the organisation's broader talent strategy.
• Contributing to a diverse and inclusive recruitment process to align with company values

What can you bring?

• Previous HR administration or recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Proven administration skills and experience
• A genuine passion for people and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a broad scope of internal departments
