The Opportunity
QLD Agribusiness is in its next stage of growth and now seeks a Director of Agri Valuations to further increase client serviceability and skill sets. We are looking for an inspiring leader to join as the Director Agri Valuations for our team of QLD based valuers.
- Lead and Inspire : A hands-on role servicing major clients whilst retaining existing work and managing/mentoring more junior team members
- Drive Growth : Drive and support business development initiatives for new and existing clients, further grow the QLD Agribusiness valuation team, and identify fresh opportunities for expansion
- Shape National Strategy : Collaborate closely with our National Leadership team on the National Strategy
- Champion Excellence : Lead by example, conduct performance reviews and drive succession planning to build a strong, future-ready team
- Ensure Compliance : Ensure operations are fully aligned and functioning in accordance with all QRM policies and processes
About you:
- CPV Accredited: Hold current CPV status with extensive agribusiness valuations and people management experience
- Fee writes: A high performer, excited to further grow a team and business
- Experience: 5 plus years valuation industry experience.
- Quality and Risk Management: Strong experience and focus on quality, risk, and compliance
- Passion for People: Foster a positive culture with a strong focus on engagement
