Job Speech Pathology - Clinical Lead, Brisbane

Unite Healthcare are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead – Speech and Language Pathology to provide expert clinical leadership, governance, and service development across Brisbane community locations.

In this pivotal role, you'll mentor and supervise a dynamic team of Speech Pathologists, drive evidence-based best practice, contribute to service growth, and maintain a small but rewarding clinical caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Speech Pathologists with clinical guidance and development
• Deliver person-centred services for clients with complex needs
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and team development across multiple sites
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to optimise care plans
• Ensure quality assurance, develop resources, and uphold clinical standards

Experience:

• SPA registration & tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and service development experience
• Committed to high-quality, client-centred care
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
