Recruitment Consultant | Aged Care Sector
Location: Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane
Industry: Healthcare – Aged & Community Care (Permanent Recruitment)
Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter who’s confident in running a full 360° desk? Looking for a new challenge in a growth sector with real career and income potential?
We’re expanding our aged care recruitment division and are seeking a seasoned recruiter who thrives on business development, loves the pace of permanent recruitment, and is motivated by uncapped commissions.
This is not a temp desk. You’ll be placing Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, Clinical Managers, Facility Managers and Executive Leaders into permanent roles across aged care and community services – nationally.

- Passion for the aged care or health sector, with strong industry knowledge or a desire to grow it
- Commercially minded, outcomes-driven, and confident working to targets
