The purpose of this position is to coordinate the daily running of the retirement village. The Retirement Village Coordinator ensures the provision of a high level of care and services for the residents.We are seeking a Village Coordinator for our Retirement Village in Weeroona. This is a permanent part time position with on-call requirements. On-call allowance will be provided.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for the effective maintenance of all resident services.
- Assists with resident budget meeting
- Assists with resident annual management meeting and quarterly resident meeting
- Assists with resident complaints
- Assists with billing enquiries
- Assisting with resident BBQ and lifestyle activities
- Adhoc administrative duties as required Maintenance and replacement of Village assets and any tasks that are required from the Retirement Living Team
- Responsible for ensuring that all assets are maintained
- Assists with maintenance requests and coordinates contractors
- To meet Workplace Health and Safety obligations in line with TSA policy & procedures and relevant legislation.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (including Word and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and OneDrive
- A National Criminal History Check is required
- Compulsory Code of Conduct, WHS and Bullying and Harassment training modules are completed and up to date.
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal/communications skill
- Ability to develop, implement and evaluate organisational policies, procedures and practices
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
