Job Watercart Operator, Brisbane

Our client is a respected Queensland-based civil construction company known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and earthworks projects. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork, this organisation works across a range of sectors including roads, subdivisions, drainage, and bulk earthworks. Their experienced crews and modern fleet ensure efficient, on-time project delivery for clients across the region. Due to new contracts awarded, they are looking for a motivated individual to join their dynamic and growing team.

Your New Role

• Safely operate water carts for dust suppression and compaction support
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery
• Assist with general civil labouring tasks, including trenching, spotting, and site clean-up
• Support pipe laying, road works, and other infrastructure activities
• Work closely with plant operators and site supervisors to maintain safe, efficient site operations

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• HR drivers license & relevant Watercart ticket or VOC
• Previous experience in a similar role with references to backup your ability
• Have reliable transport to get to and from work
• Tickets - Electrical Spotters Ticket, Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Plant Operations or associated (desirable)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently & in a team environment
