About the Role
The Graduate Speech Pathology program offers a diverse group of speech pathologists an opportunity to develop their skills and abilities to progress into established practitioners.
Applications are open only to speech pathology students expecting to complete their studies at the end of 2025.
The purpose of the role is to deliver entry-level Speech Pathology clinical services across a variety of clinical areas within Queensland Health.
* Fulfil the accountabilities and responsibilities of this role in accordance with Metro South Health, Metro North Health, West Moreton Health, Gold Coast Health and Children's Health Queensland's purpose and objectives, as outlined below.
* Deliver entry level speech pathology clinical services (which may include assessment and diagnosis, treatment and case management) within a multidisciplinary team in line with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
* Undertake routine speech pathology tasks within well-established clinical protocols under the clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of a more senior clinician.
